- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When placing in your order, we provide you with extra information on estimated delivery times and costs. Once the order is purchased , processed and sent to you, We send you an email/ SMS with a track number or link. Use the track number to track your parcel from your customer account if you are registered with us or, if you purchased as a guest customer , use the link in any of the emails we have sent you about your order/ delivery
The shipping carrier will also inform you through email and SMS of the specific date and time that they will be at your doorstep with your package.
- I ENTERED A WRONG PHONE NUMBER, WRONG EMAIL OR WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us immediately with the correct information if you inputted the wrong address on your order form.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately You can not cancel your order after you have completed the checkout out process.
The order processing and shipping will go through and the item you purchased, will be delivered to you.
You can then contact us with a return request. If approved, You can go ahead and purchase a separate item in exchange of the returned one.

- MY ORDER SHOWS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have not received your order, but it is recorded as delivered, please contact us and we will dive into our FBI suits and look into this matter.
Here are some first hand tips on what to do ;-
* Check your mailbox for a “we missed you card” the parcel carrier could have left you one behind after missing you. This card has information on where you can pick your parcel up from.
* Ask your immediate neighbour (s), He/She could have received your parcel on your behalf.
